ORDERING:
We use Paypal.com to process our orders, but you do not need an account to shop with us. When you see something you want to purchase, simply click the Add to Cart button. We have Express Checkout, to make the purchase process quicker and easier.
SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00. When you checkout at paypal.com, use the code "frShip". We you encourage you to request insurance for your purchase, because we cannot be responsible for your order being lost in the mail. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days by USPS Priority Mail. When you checkout at paypal, you can decide how you wish to ship your purchase. You can use US Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex. Your package will be shipped within two (2) business days, whatever your decision. If you live in the Atlanta Metro area, you can send me an email, and we can arrange a local pickup.
MATERIALS:
We select the best materials available, to make our jewelry. We use Fine Silver, Sterling Silver, Argentium Sterling Silver, 18 CT & 14 CT Gold, 14 CT Gold Filled, and Copper wire and findings. The Brazilian gemstones were purchased by my husband, the last time we were in Brazil. We buy from vendors we know and trust, because they have a good selection of gemstones and findings. We look for gemstones that are of good quality, unique in color and design and are hand cut and faceted. Each gem stone is a work of art, even before a designer touches the stone, because a very talented person cut, carved and or faceted that stone by his/her own hand. That is where the magic truly begins.
PRIVACY:
Your information is safe with us, we will not sell your email address or supply it to a third party. If you wish to receive an occasional newsletter from Rimba Raya Jewels, on special events, sales or new items, you do not have to worry about your email address, it is safe.
RETURNS:
If, for some reason, you decide that you do not want to keep your purchase, send me an email within 5 days after you receive it. I will send you information on how you should return it. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and enjoy wearing their jewelry, but we realize that sometimes we make mistakes. No questions will be asked, just be sure you return it in the same condition as when it was sent, tags still in place, properly wrapped, same packaging and paid shipping and insurance. After the 5 day return period, all sales are final. REPAIRS:
We will repair or replace (of equal value), any piece of jewelry due to material fault or workmanship. You need to email me and explain the problem, ship it back to me and I will repair it, free. If the fault does not lie with us, I will still repair it, but there will be a charge for materials, labor, shipping and insurance. Each necklace and bracelet has to have a break point, so if it gets caught on something, the wearer is not injured. That is the reason jewelers use jump rings to connect a clasp to a piece of jewelry, to prevent injury. However, jewelry is not constructed to be worn when you are hiking in the woods, or playing a game of flag football, or swimming in the pool, or drop it on the floor, or let your child play with it. You should also remember that some gemstones should not be put in water, because they are porous and can be damaged by liquids.
