I love the colors in this necklace, the Chocolate Jasper blends beautifully with the Brown Matrix in the Turquoise Pendant an the small bits of matrix in the Twisted barrels. I decided to try the Antique Brass findings with these gemstones, and it was a definite fit. The necklace is 19 1/4 inches in length.

I love Rose Chalcedony, and this is the first time I have used it. These particular gem stones have been waiting for the right time to appear, or actually, for me to decide I could part with them. I love the cut of these, and wish I could have seen the artist cutting them. These stones are from Brazil, but I believe they were cut in India. I wish the Crab Fire Agate pendant was larger, but it really works with the Rose Chalcedony, and that's what matters. The necklace is 19 inches in length, and the pendant drops 1 1/2 inches below the necklace.

I found these stones tucked away in a storage box that was filled with things from the '40's through the '60's, and decided they would be perfect in a "new age" necklace. I used the vintage stones and completed the necklace with smaller Carnelian stones, that I had purchased several years ago, and pushed back until I needed them. I like the blended colors of the stones and think it works today!

I was really in a spring/summer mood, when I picked up these gemstones and began to "play". This necklace allows you to wear it with almost any spring or summer color, and still be stylish. Sometimes you have to step outside your comfort zone, and look at accessories as paint you apply to a canvas, in this case, your neck. These colors are part of the Spring and Summer collections. This necklace measures 20 1/2 inches in length.

This necklace has one slice of Amber, and is strung with black Beadalon beading wire and Onyx gem stones. I decided to use the Gunmetal findings because it looked so good with the Amber and Onyx, plus it reduces the final cost of the item.

This is just a "Slice" of my Amber & Onyx Collection! For some reason, I became enchanted with the marvels of Amber this spring, and went a little overboard. The stones are lovely and extremely interesting, not to mention very light weight. It is hard to imagine tree sap turning into stone, and sometimes you get insects included, for free! Most of the Brazilian Amber I have found, has the "extras" thrown in for free. This Amber comes from the Amazon Rainforest, and is harvested by the native Indians. The Amber I have used, in this and my other designs, comes from the Baltic Region, and is cleaner and brighter.
